Terms & Conditions

General:

• All quotes are valid for 48hrs.
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing by both sides – via Email, SMS or Online (Website), made at least 24 hrs. prior to pick up and checked by client. If a more urgent requirement, it will be subject to availability.
• Bookings can only be made by an adult of 18 years and over.
• All Corporate bookings must be confirmed by an authorised representative of the company.

Payment & Due Dates:

• We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT), via EFTPOS, and the following credit cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Cabcharge.
• Cabcharge payments are subject to a 10% fee by Cabcharge.
• Bank transfer payments to be cleared within 48hrs of the booking and 24hrs before Pick Up.
• For Corporate clients with established accounts, payments are to be received by EFT direct to our bank account no later than 7 days from the invoice date or as per agreement with Boomerang Chauffeur WA.

• If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24hrs of the booked and confirmed date of travel, 100% of all monies paid or monies due will be non-refundable. We will however take into consideration reasons beyond your control.

Carrier’s Obligations:

• Please be assured Boomerang Chauffeur  will take every reasonable safeguard to achieve an on-time service but, in the unlikely event we are late due to circumstances howsoever caused, no liability will be accepted by Boomerang Chauffeur WA.

Vehicle Usage:

• Use of any vehicle on a non-sealed road is not available. Sealed roads ONLY.

Damage to Vehicles:

• Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of the hired vehicle whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any repair or detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring.

Alcohol or Food:

• Alcohol or Food may not be consumed in the vehicle.
• Boomerang Chauffeur WA and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse or carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

Smoking:

• Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted at anytime.

Pets:

• No pets are permitted inside the vehicles.

Seat Belts:

• It is compulsory by law that all passengers wear seat belts at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Any fines in relation to seat belts not being worn will be paid for by the originator of the booking.

Prices Guide

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. All prices below are a guideline ONLY. Please contact us for verification or ask for a quote.

•  Normal Hourly Rates – $88 incl. of gst (there is a minimum charge equivalent to one hour at the rate quoted following an enquiry). After the first hour, charges will be based on increments of 30 minutes. Eg. for a journey lasting between 1 and 1.5hrs, the normal charge will be $132 incl of gst.
•  Rates for Airport Pickups from the International Terminals – $99 incl. of gst. After the first hour, charges will be based on increments of 30 minutes but based on the normal hourly rate. Therefore, for a journey from the International Airport lasting between 1 and 1.5hrs, the normal charge will be $143 incl. of gst.
•  Pricing will also need to factor in the distance involved and clients should request a quote when placing a booking.

Surcharges:

• A surcharge will apply to all rates under the following circumstances:-

• In the event tolls or CBD entrance fees are introduced in WA, these will become additional to all the standard charges referred to above.
